At Rainbow Cleaning System, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home purification and cleaning investment. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the Rainbow unit and all included accessories in their original packaging to ensure the system is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned system, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
